KEVIN LEON
Artistic Director
Kevin specializes in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theatre. His credits include "Masquerade Show In The Sky" at the Rio Hotel and Casino, principal dancer on several cruise ships and has had the opportunity to perform with such stars as Usher, Enrique Iglesias, Mary Tyler Moore and MC Hammer.

Kevin has also been featured in many industrials, such as the grand opening of the Wynn Hotel, the Detroit International Auto Show, Redken and Beauty Craft Hair Shows and a Rite Aid Commercial.

Along with his performing, Kevin has judged for numerous dance competitions throughout the country including; Starpower, KAR, Thunderstruck, Hall of Fame, West Coast Dance Explosion, DEA and Showbiz. He has also taught on convention for Thunderstruck, DEA and KAR as well as teaching for multiple studios across the country.

Kevin's choreography has been awarded many regional and national titles. For the last 15 years, he was the Artistic Director of Innovation Dance Company where he has nurtured hundreds of dancers. His students have gone on to prestigious dance colleges including AMDA and Point Park as well as performing all over the world in shows like the Lion King on Broadway, The Radio City Rockettes, Cruise Ships, The Nationals Tour of Cats, Cirque Du Soliel and multiple Las Vegas Shows.
BRIAN "MUECA" SANCHEZ
Company Director
Brian "Mueca" Sanchez, Dance Instructor and Choreographer, was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where he started his training in Theatre and Dance at the age of 12, earning a full scholarship at his home town dance studio "Classiques". During his early years of training, Brian spent the summers traveling to New York City where he enrolled in summer intensive classes at Broadway Dance Center and Steps. His background training includes; Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Modern and Contemporary dance under the direction of some of the greats; Frank Hatchett, Rhapsody James, Leslie Feliciano, Lane Napper, Cio, Vanessa Reyes, Olaya Muentes, Raphy Flores, and more.
Brian attended the University of Puerto Rico majoring in education, dance and theatre. During this time, he had the opportunity to be featured in several musicals such as Swan Lake, Saving the Jungle, Pirates of the Caribbean, and A better World. Throughout college, Brian taught dance and theatre to children and adults. His focus was and still is to build an individuals self esteem through the arts.

In 2008, Brian became the coordinator of the dance company in his home town providing multiple opportunities to his students to travel and perform around the world. A few years later, he relocated to Las Vegas to pursue his career as a teacher and choreographer. Brian worked for five years at a Behavioral Health Agency as a Group Therapy Coordinator, teaching social skills through the arts. He made a name for himself as one of the head teachers at the Rock Center for Dance and as the company director of Innovation Dance Company. Brian's choreography has been nominated for Best Contemporary at the Industry Dance Awards, recognized by the Youth America Grand Prix and has been awarded many regional and national titles.
